Professionals in a medical spa are licensed and work under a physician's supervision. We are able to individualize treatments in accordance with other non-ablative treatments or to the surgery that you are having performed.

Environmental factors that enhance aging are UV light (not just sun rays), smog, smoke, alcohol, drugs, stress, diet, chemicals, cosmetics and exercise. A medical spa is able to use higher grade products and treatments that have been diligently tested. Over the counter products, or OTCs as they are frequently referred to, are not regulated by the FDA. In addition, they do not have enough active ingredients to cause any more than a subtle change. They also do not penetrate into the dermis to enhance collagen.
