The physicians of The Center for Women’s Imaging at Mercy are highly
qualified in diagnostic radiology offering women outstanding
clinical care. Mercy Medical Center is committed to meeting the special needs

Jean K. Warner, M.D.
Jean K. Warner, M.D., is the Director of The Tyanna O'Brien Center for Women's Imaging. Board Certified, Dr. Warner brings extensive experience in women's imaging, including digital mammography, ultrasound and MRI. She also has experience in all imaging-guided interventional procedures including MRI-guided biopsy with a multidisciplinary approach to the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease.
Dr. Warner earned her medical degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed residencies in Internal Medicine and in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Maryland Medical System.
While at the University of Maryland, she served as Co-Director of The Breast Center as well as a consultant for breast imaging on "Ask the Expert," a program featured on the University's website. Dr. Warner also served as Diagnostic Radiologist, specializing in breast imaging at the Anne Arundel Medical Breast Center.
Dr. Warner has a variety of clinical publications to her credit in the field of breast imaging. Her professional affiliations include membership in the American College of Radiology, American Roentgen Ray Society, Radiological Society of North America and Society of Breast Imaging.
Alicia M. Cartagena, M.D.
Alicia M. Cartagena, M.D., is a Board Certified radiologist with particular interest and extensive experience in Women’s Imaging, including digital mammography, breast biopsy, ultrasound, and MRI. Fellowship trained in Neuroradiology, Dr. Cartagena supports the main department’s neuroradiology needs as well. Prior to joining Mercy, Dr. Cartagena was Medical Director of The Radiology Department at Hanover Hospital in Pennsylvania.
A graduate of Tufts University, Dr. Cartagena completed her Diagnostic Radiology residency at Albert Einstein Medical School. Her fellowship training in Neuroradiology was completed at the Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Cartagena is committed to the specialized needs of women’s health and wellness, providing personalized education as well as quality clinical care. Her goal is to empower her patients with the information they need as health care consumers, particularly in the area of breast care. She combines outstanding clinical care with a commitment to service excellence for all referring physicians and their patients.
Kristine A. Dettloff, M.D.
Kristine A. Dettloff, M.D., graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University, College of Arts and Sciences and received her medical degree at Georgetown University School of Medicine. She completed her internship at St. Agnes Hospital in Baltimore and her residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the University of Missouri, Kansas City. Dr. Dettloff completed her Breast Imaging and Intervention fellowship at George Washington University Medical Center.
Board Certified in Radiology, Dr. Dettloff has a variety of clinical publications and awards to her credit. She is a member of the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, American Roentgen Ray Society and Society of Breast Imaging.
Dr. Dettloff combines outstanding clinical care with a commitment to service excellence for all referring physicians and their patients.
David C. Sill, M.D.
David C. Sill, M.D., is a Board Certified radiologist working closely with the physicians of The Tyanna O'Brien Center for Women's Imaging. Dr. Sill has specialized skill in Interventional Radiology with extensive experience reading and diagnosing breast abnormalities and cancers.
Dr. Sill graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Medical Center of Delaware. He has experience in body imaging and MRI and Ultrasound procedures.
David Sill, M.D. is a member of the Radiological Society of North America and the American College of Radiology.
