Tarnisha Hemphill, MSN, CNM, is a certified nurse midwife in the group practice, Metropolitan OB/GYN LLC. Ms. Hemphill earned her Master’s degree in Nurse-Midwifery from the University of Maryland School of Nursing at Baltimore.
