Seton Keough's Girls' Field Hockey Raises Funds For The Hoffberger Breast Center At Mercy

Members of Seton Keough High Schools’s girls’ field hockey team recently visited The Hoffberger Breast Center at Mercy to present Dr. Neil B. Friedman, Director, a check to benefit the efforts of the center in the fight against breast cancer. The girls held a bake sale and the Seton Keough bookstore designed a t-shirt that were sold to raise funds. The fundraising culminated in the “Play 24 the Cure” game on Oct. 15th vs. Spalding High School. The girls raised approximately $1,200. Pictured with Dr. Friedman are Emily Kelly (dark hair), Kathleen Sigwart ( light hair that is up, wearing a necklace) and Anna Stumme (light hair down).
