23rd Annual Mercy Magic, "Mercy In The City," Features Online Auction, Emporium

“Mercy in the City,” the 23rd annual Mercy Magic gala to benefit Mercy Medical Center, this year features an online auction and Emporium.

The auction runs now through Oct. 21st and features gourmet cuisine, coveted sports tickets and memorabilia, and art from local Baltimore artists.

Mercy in the City’s online boutique, “The Emporium,” is also online, now until Friday, Oct. 23rd, 2009. If you see an item you must have but want more than one, note there are unlimited quantities available of each displayed item, which include jewelry, home and bath items, silverware, fine picture frames, paintings, etc.

The Emporium retail store will be open for all guests of Mercy in the City on Saturday, Oct. 24th at M&T Bank Stadium. All items featured in the online store as well as additional items will be on display.

Mercy in the City begins at 6 p.m. on the club level of the stadium and runs til 11 p.m. and will feature the big band sounds of the 30s and 40s, plus the rocking sounds of the 60s, courtesy of the band, Mood Swings.

A special ceremony will take place as the official “topping out” of the new Mary Catherine Bunting Center, now under construction, will be revealed as a specially signed metal panel is raised to its permanent home atop Baltimore’s newest landmark building.

Tickets are $350 per person with complimentary self-parking. A raffle for a retro scooter will also take place. Cocktail attire.
