Mercy Gynecologic Oncologist Dr. Dwight Im Leads "The Essentials Of Robotic Gynecology/Gynecologic Oncology Surgery" CME Course On Saturday, June 4th
Dwight Im, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., is course director for “The Essentials of Robotic Gynecology/Gynecologic Oncology Surgery,” a CME (continuing medical education) credit course for physicians, Saturday, June 4th, 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Presented by The Weinberg Center for Women’s Health and Medicine at Mercy, The course will be held in the McAuley Conference Center on the Mercy campus, McAuley Plaza, 301 St. Paul Place.
Dr. Im is a leader in robotic GYN-oncology surgery; he presents a 7.25 post-graduate CME focuses on emerging healthcare technology and image-guided surgery.
Topics will include: Pelvic Anatomy, Robotic Myomectomy, Robotic Hysterectomy (simple and complex), Adnexal Mass, Endometriosis, Adhesions, and Robotic Sacrocolpopexy. Highlights include a live robotic surgery.
Mercy Medical Center is accredited by the Medical and Chiurgical Faculty of Maryland to provide continuing medical education for physicians. This course qualifies for a maximum of 7.25 hours in Category I credit toward the American Medical Association Physicians Recognition Award.
