Mercy Medical Center Holds Its Annual National Cancer Survivors Day Observance, "A Celebration Of Life," On Sunday, June 6th At Center Stage

The Sisters of Mercy and the physicians and staff of Mercy Medical Center present the hospital’s annual CELEBRATION OF LIFE on National Cancer Survivors Day, Sunday, June 6th at 2 p.m. at Center Stage, 700 N. Calvert Street between Cetner and Monument Streets in Mount Vernon. This year’s event includes music, prayer and reflection, lighthearted entertainment, and inspiring remarks from cancer survivors and caregivers. Mercy medical staff, including Dr. Maria Jacobs, Director of Radiation Oncology, The Weinberg Center for Women's Health and Medicine at Mercy, will be in attendance as well. Parking is available either on-street and at the Chesapeake Center Garage; plus complimentary parking with shuttle service available at Mercy's Pleasant Street Garage. This is a non-ticketed event.
