Overlea Personal Physicians Hosts "Healthy Servings" Dinner/Lecture Series
The next “Healthy Servings” dinner/lecture featuring
an update in vascular disease prevention and treatment will be
presented at Overlea Personal Physicians, 7602 Belair Rd., on
Wednesday, May 17 beginning at 5 p.m. The dinner and the lecture
are free, but seating is limited.
On May 17, Dr. Luis Queral, Director of The Vascular Center
at Mercy and chairman of the department of vascular surgery at
Mercy will discuss “Early Diagnosis and Successful Treatment
of Vascular Disease.” These diseases include Carotid Artery
Disease, Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm and Peripheral Artery Disease.
“The doctors and staff of Overlea Personal Physicians
are committed to providing the best medical care to patients
and families in the area,” said George E. Lowe, MD, director
of the Overlea practice. “We are happy to provide this
valuable educational program to the community.
“Cardiac and vascular diseases disable and kill millions
of Americans each year, and we hope to provide registrants with
simple steps to prevent these illnesses,” he said.
The dinner and lecture are free and open to the public; seating
