The Melissa L. Posner Institute For Digestive Health Presents Gastroenterology And Hepatology For Internists And Family Physicians On Saturday, April 24th
The Melissa L. Posner Institute for Digestive Health and Liver Disease at Mercy Medical Center in downtown Baltimore, MD, presents an educational program in gastroenterology and hepatology for internists and family physicians, Saturday, April 24th, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Registration fee is $75 for physicians, $50 for fellows, residents, CRNPs and others and includes instruction materials, meals, complimentary parking and CME (continuing medical education) certificate (this educational activity is for a maximum of 7 AMA PRA Category 1 credits).
Topics of discussion will include optimal treatment options for inflammatory bowel disease; heart burn and chest pain; chronic diarrhea; managing unexplained abdominal pain; Barrett's Disease; endoscopic ultrasound, capsule endoscopy, abnormal liver tests, complications of cirrhosis, and more.
Speakers include members of the Institue for Digestive Health and Liver Disease at Mercy Drs. Paul J. Thuluvath, Sanjay Jagannath, Mary Haris, Rick Desi, Patrick Hyatt, Anurag Maheshwari, Sergey Kantsevoy, Michael Cox and Dr. David Maine, Director, Center for Interventional Pain Medicine at Mercy.
