Dr. Ciotola earned his medical degree in 1998 from the University of Maryland School of Medicine, and completed his general surgery internship and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Maryland Medical System. Dr. Ciotola’s background includes work in general orthopedics as well as total hip, knee and shoulder replacement arthroscopic shoulder surgery, and other orthopedic surgical procedures.
