3rd Annual Healing Power Of Music Concert To Be Held May 1st... This Year, Sing With The Choir! Rehearsals Begin March 8th

The third annual HEALING POWER OF MUSIC concert will be held Sunday, May 1st at 2:30 p.m. at the MSB Center for the Arts at 3400 Norman Avenue. Proceeds from this annual concert benefits The Cancer Recovery Program at Mercy Medical Center, serving patients and their families, and the programs of the Maryland State Boychoir.

A pre-concert reception featuring the Changed Voice Choir will kick off the event. Following the reception, the Concert and Tour Choirs of the Maryland State Boychoir will perform along with the Healing Power of Music Chorus.

In addition, this year you have the opportunity to experience music’s healing power by joining the “Healing Power of Music” Chorus. Sing with the renowned Maryland State Boychoir at the Healing Power of Music Benefit Concert on May 1st. The Chorus will be under the direction of Mr. Stephen Holmes, Director of the Maryland State Boychoir. Those interested in participating must commit to four rehearsals to be held on Tuesday evenings, 7-8:15 p.m. at the MSB Center for the Arts. Rehearsal dates are March 8, 15; April 19 and 26.
