David N. Maine, M.D.
David N. Maine, M.D., is the Director of The Center for Interventional Pain Medicine at Mercy.
Dr. Maine earned his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine after receiving a degree in Neuroscience from the University of Rochester College of Arts and Sciences. Dr. Maine completed his residency in Anesthesiology and fellowship in Interventional Pain Medicine at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he also served as Chief Resident in the department of Anesthesiology and Critical Care Medicine.
Board Certified in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine, Dr. Maine has received many honors and awards including a Pain Medicine Fellows Grant from the American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, a grant from the Glenn Foundation for Research in the Biology of Aging, and The Rochester Prize from the University of Rochester. He has authored several publications, abstracts, and book chapters and serves as an active member of the American Pain Society and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians.
